Funshine Children's Center is a small community of families.  During pick-up hours you will notice families socializing, not only with the teachers, but with other parents.  Families celebrate birthdays, graduation, holidays, and plan play dates with one another.  Funshine encourages parent envolvement by hosting monthly holiday parties, inviting parents to join us for meals and to volunteer in the classroom.  We frequently host special events such as an annual Christmas Program, Dance Recital, Mother's Day Tea Program, Pumpkin Carving with Dad night etc...
